“원스 [Once]” Upon A Time…?

We recently lost a legend… Glen Hansard, a musician and all-round down-to-earth charitable human being… and although I never met Glen, I did see him play live in concert and whose music has been with me for a couple of decades in life, love, pain, my stories, my film creations, travels and more.

I was going to record something immediately but perhaps really I needed to process or digest what had happened & how his relatively young life suddenly ended. His music, and so many facets of his life will continue… as ‘The Gift’ to us all.

If you’ve stumbled upon this episode or series due to my Korean connections or affinity, you’ll notice that by the end of the episode I’ve mentioned 2 or 3 things which relate in some way to South Korea. Sadness, sorrow or “한”…? Some would say that Han is Hard… and thank you for everything, Mr Glen Hansard.
